Dr. Gail Schaper-Gordon has a passion for working with entrepreneurs, CEOs and business owners to help them become more effective leaders and to build successful organizations where employees achieve their full potential. She is both a respected business psychologist and an experienced business owner who knows how to work in sensitive and complex situations. From her experiences as a founder and CEO of a behavioral health provider network, Gail went on to develop her unique skills as an organizational psychologist.
Gail has been helping leaders grow their businesses and achieve their goals for more than two decades, one business at a time. By helping them to inspire their employees with a vision and facilitating a process that engages employees throughout the organization, she’s grown new leaders and helped transform stale businesses into thriving enterprises.
In 2008 she became a Vistage Private Advisory Board Chair. Her work has been enhanced exponentially by working with 28 to 36 leaders and companies in two different groups at one time through Vistage. This 50+ year-old organization has more than 20,000 members worldwide who benefit from the combined business experiences of their peers, expert speakers and resources.
In 2010 Gail became a grandmother. Living the “work/life balance” that she encourages in others for herself, she now travels frequently to Kauai — home to her immediate family with two lovely grandchildren. With her husband Barry Gordon, she enjoys movies, live theater and traveling to new places each year.
